Fairly clean hotel, functional rooms, excellent location close to everything. Overall a really great stay for their next visit. Courteous, accommodating staff and a great swimming pool.

Clean hotel, appreciated to be so close to Disney Springs and Disney parks and Orlando thanks to unbeatable location. The staff were eager to help and provided local information. Fast check in and excellent service overall. Could use their free parking.

The staff were attractive, the room was well-kept and I enjoyed unbeatable location. Food was good with good choice of options. Only 20 minutes walking to downtown. Also, once upon a toy was 1 mile away from the hotel. The pool area was clean too.

The location was top, the room was unique, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was delightful, a great selection of fresh toast and hot waffles. Functional style hotel with dark furniture in the rooms.

Tbh, rooms were not good.

The hotel was an easy walk to grand cypress boulevard. Great breakfast each morning. A bus stop in the vicinity was a bonus.

We had a car, so 5 minutes drive to seaworld. The hotel was in a perfect location and met needs. It was definitely 3 stars for us.
